Team One.27 is an official 501(c)3, government recognized “not for profit” organization. Currently all overhead costs of the non-profit have been generously underwritten by partners of Team One.27 and we can excitedly share that 100% of our donations have been serving our “Family” in Haiti.

Now that our website is up and running we can also offer online donations via Paypal, but make the disclaimer up front that Paypal is a third-party company and they take approximately a 3% cut of all electronic transfers to our Team One.27 account. However, we felt that our partners would benefit from the opportunity to utilize the Paypal system, and simply want to inform you that to ensure that 100% of your intended donation reaches Haiti, you may either write a check to the above address or add 3.25% to the amount you wish our Haitian family to receive. Team One.27 commits that all of the money that reaches our account (in this case after Paypal’s percentage is removed) will be forwarded directly to Haiti.
Stewardship: TeamOne.27 believes in the Biblical principle of “stewardship”; that all that we have has been given to us by the Lord and ultimately belongs to Him, we are simply acting as stewards of His resources in obedience to the direction of His Spirit and the precepts of His Word. Our trust for the provision of the orphans in Haiti rests entirely on the Lord Jesus Christ, as modeled to us by pastor Daniel Jean in Haiti who began this ministry “by faith” and can testify along with his entire community to the perpetual faithfulness of the Lord and His ongoing miraculous provision of every daily need. We say this not to detract from the value of our partner’s many donations, but to remind us that the ultimate source of our every resource: our money, our time, and our very lives, is from the Lord and that all glory goes to God for the work we are privileged to participate with in Haiti. Please join us in celebrating the Lord’s faithfulness even as He moves our hearts to steward the resources He has entrusted to us in generosity with our Haitian Family.
